Thats right - better cars, the police, restrictive laws and police and "anti-hoon" legislation are creating WORSE drivers. Watch - learn - and take notes.
We do not advocate idiots behind the wheel - only that drivers learn to deal with and actually DRIVE, CONTROL and RESPECT a car (this does not include knowing what a stop sign means or being able to reverse park).
