We have all been to a Motorsports event and casually glanced at the WARNING on the back of the ticket explaining that racing is dangerous and all by entering we accept this release the promoters etc et al from all liabilty and so on and so forth. Knowing this, we take care to stand back from barriers and watch out - or in the case of photographers, you wear the Hi-V Vest of Indestructibility.
